Two Fish Studio builds and cares for websites for small businesses in the Puget Sound region and remotely throughout the U.S. — wellness practitioners, real-estate professionals, cafés and restaurants, and other service businesses.
Website design & build.
A modern, fast, mobile-friendly site: your services, pricing, contact and booking path, and the business information your customers look for. Each project’s exact deliverables are set out in your written proposal. Accessibility and the technical foundations for search visibility inform how we build.
Phone & tablet adaptation.
If your current site works on a desktop but not on a phone, we can adapt what you already have: layout, type, navigation, and touch targets, working within your existing design and content where the current build allows. The proposal states what can be adapted in place and what would need rebuilding.
Site care & updates.
An optional plan, purchased separately after launch: updates, content changes, and technical upkeep that help keep the site current and secure.
Custom software, integrations & workflow automation.
When a business needs more than a public website, focused tools can be scoped separately. For example:
- Connected tools. Your calendar, invoicing, payments, and email share details instead of you retyping them.
- A calmer inbox. New emails and inquiries are sorted. Routine ones get a drafted reply for your review. Urgent ones reach you right away.
- Online intake. A paper form becomes an online one that collects answers in one place.
Some of this can use AI. Your proposal says where and what it sees, and nothing goes out in your name without your approval. These are examples, not a menu.
How pricing works
Before work begins, you receive a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing in plain language. Work begins only after you approve and sign the proposal and any required initial payment is received.
- Payment is by secure online invoice, typically in staged installments tied to project milestones.
- We do not collect or store your full card or bank-account credentials. Stripe processes payment securely on its hosted pages.
- Proposals are signed electronically before work begins.
