Two Fish Studio operates an informational website for its services. This page explains what the site handles when you visit it or contact the studio.
Information handled by this site
The site does not provide accounts, a contact form, direct checkout, comments, or file uploads. It does not use advertising trackers or first-party analytics.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request and security information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the page requested, request time, and abuse signals. Cloudflare handles that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
If you choose a light, dark, or system color theme, the site stores that preference in your browser. The preference is not sent to the studio.
When you email the studio
Email links on the site open your chosen mail application. If you send a message, the studio and the relevant email providers receive the information you choose to include, along with ordinary email details such as sender and recipient addresses and message headers.
The studio uses messages to respond to inquiries and support requests, evaluate whether a project may be a fit, administer engagements, maintain ordinary business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Please do not send payment-card, bank-account, password, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Payments and signing
This site does not collect or store full payment-card or bank-account credentials. When an engagement uses a Stripe-hosted invoice or a provider-hosted signing workflow, that provider handles the information submitted on its service under its own privacy terms.
Sharing and retention
The studio does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed for website hosting, email, signing, or payments; when required by law; or when needed to protect people, rights, systems, and the business.
Messages and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose received, prospective or active engagements, disputes, accounting, tax, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent to the studio. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Contact hello@twofish.studio with a privacy question or request.
